Cutting the ice hole - Mark Gerber

Am letzten Abend durften wir beim Aussägen eines ca. 1 x 2 Meter grossen Eislochs im nahen See dabei sein. Das Eis war rund 30 cm dick.
Das Eisloch wird den Weihnachtsgästen zum Abkühlen nach der Sauna dienen...

The last evening was "ice hole cutting time". The hole has a dimension of about 1x2 metres, the ice was about 30 cm thick.
The hole will be used by (some of...) the Christmas Tourist do cool off after the sauna.
