Since the weather has been (too) warm and very sunny at least during the first three weeks of February, the snow was gone and the ground was not even frozen.
This gave me the opportunity to dig a ditch for the water-pipe, which will feed the outdoor fountain some time in the future.
Have a look at the last two pictures: The upper shovel is broken - have I been too often in the gym recently? Luckily I had a back-up shovel with me!
